Refunds Policy

Goods should be returned within 14 days after dispatch. A full refund will be given on faulty goods within 30 days of returns received. We cannot accept returns on personalised goods unless damaged.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality of low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors or damage to products arising after delivery to the customer.
