Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, you are required to return the item or items to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.

Returns

Please contact us for a Return Authorisation code and to reserve any exchanges that you require. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please see the full Terms & Conditions for further information.

Refunds

Once we have received your return we shall process the same and it may take up to 10 days for your refund to be issued.

Exchanges

If you have reserved product for exchange then once we have received your return we shall process the same and dispatch your replacement item(s) within 72 hours.
